Exchange policy
SIRAYO runs an exchange only policy and does not offer refunds.
We get it! sometimes the outfit just doesn't fit right, to avoid such sizing issues, we urge you to refer back to our sizing chart before purchase.
In the case where the fit isn't right, at Sirayo we will be happy to offer you an exchange on all unworn items dispatced to us within 14 days of when you recieved it. Please note, items must have the secuirty tags and labels still intact in order for exchanges to be accepted.
To request an exchange please ensure to contact exchange@sirayo.com and include the following details:
Full name
Order number
Size originally bought
Size/item you wish to exchange
Reason for exchange
SIRAYO does not cover the shipping cost of returned items, therefore we advise you to use your trusted and local postal service ensuring to keep your proof of postage and tracking ID.
If the size you wish to exchange is no longer available once you have placed your order, we will offer you a full refund to your original payement method within 5-10 working days or we can offer you a store credit that can be used to purchase other items available in store.
It is important to note that card refunds can take up to 10 business days for your bank to complete, if you have any quiries about this, we suggest contacting your bank regarding processing times as these vary between different banks.
Please allow up to 14 days for the exchange to be processed and shipped out to you.
FAULTY ITEMS
At Sirayo quality is everything to us, in the rare event that you have recieved a faulty/ damaged item, please send an image to exchange@sirayo.com with your full name and order number and our customer care team will be in contact with you within 1-2 working days.
We can only accept faulty items that are still in its orginal packaging including the security tag and labels. Once the item has arrived we will inspect the item and issue a full refund if need be.
