Orders placed between Friday and Sunday will be processed for dispatch from Monday.

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an automated email containing your tracking number. If you are unable to find your tracking information or your tracking number does not appear to be working, please contact us at customers@sirayo.com and we will be happy to help. 

In some cases, your order may experience delays due to external factors beyond our control, such as public holidays, carrier delays or international customs processing.
