Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we offer worldwide shipping, please see 'Shipping' for more information. 

What should I do if my item does not fit?

Before purchasing from Sirayo, we urge you to check our sizing guide as we do not offer refunds. However, we are happy to exchange orders that don't fit.

What if I receive the wrong item?

If you receive the wrong item, please contact us and we will send you a returns label to return the item as well as replacing your order with the correct item.

What do I do if I put the wrong address?

It is your responsibility to ensure that your details are correct before purchasing, however if you notice you entered your details incorrectly, please contact us and we will update your details if it has not been shipped. 

How can I track my order? 

Once your order has been placed you will recieve an automated email that includes your tracking number which you can use to track your package. Please allow 1-2 days for processing time on all orders.
